   Another name for Berrie was Belle.5

  General Notes:

Belle married a San Francisco fireman and they lived in Woodside, California, about 30 miles south of San Francisco. They had no children. Auntie Belle, as we called her, was a fine sweet lady who loved her grandchildren and showered us with gifts at Christmas and birthdays. She gave me my first album for collecting stamps, a very popular hobby in the States in the 1940s and 1950s. 5
